scope - mobile application for production lines
scope is a tablet application that supports the employees of production lines individually in their work and enables smooth production without machine downtimes. The overarching system shows the most suitable sequence for the processing of tasks and error messages.
In the event of an error message, the employee is given meaningful suggestions to correct the error. As a result, the company can take over some parts of the support itself and is not dependent on external parties. In further steps, the system learns from the employee's actions and can output the error messages more specifically and accurately in advance in the event of future errors.
